### Overview

VR Museum Tour: Historic Rooms (“the App”) is a single-player virtual reality experience developed and published by **Ali Kaan BASHAN**. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

### Data We Collect (Meta Horizon Platform Features)

Because the App uses Meta Horizon platform features (including **User ID** and **In-App Purchases / Downloadable Content**), the App will receive and process limited platform data:

**1) Meta Horizon User Data**

* **User ID** (a unique identifier provided by Meta Horizon / Meta platform)

**2) Purchase / Entitlement Data (IAP)**

* **Purchase/entitlement status** for in-app purchases or add-ons (e.g., whether an add-on SKU is owned)
* **Transaction-related identifiers** provided by the platform as part of purchase confirmation and entitlement checks (as returned by the Meta platform APIs)

**Local on-device data (not sent to us)**

* The App may store basic settings locally on your headset for functionality (for example: comfort settings, audio level, locomotion/teleport preferences, or last visited room/scene). This data remains **on-device**.

### How We Use Data

We use the above data only to:

* Enable platform functionality required by the App (e.g., identifying the current user through **User ID** for platform calls)
* Confirm purchases and unlock paid content (e.g., checking **entitlement/ownership** of add-ons)
* Provide and maintain core app functionality and user experience

### Data Sharing / Third Parties

* The App **does not sell** your personal data.
* The App **does not share** Meta Horizon User Data or Device User Data with third-party service providers.
* The App **does not operate its own external servers** for storing user data.
* Meta (and its system services) may process device or store-related data (such as purchase processing, entitlement checks, and platform diagnostics) according to Meta’s policies.

### Data Retention

* We do **not** store **User ID** or purchase/entitlement data on our own servers.
* Any local settings stored by the App remain on your device and can be removed as described below.

### Data Deletion Requests

Although the App does not store user data on external servers, users may still request deletion assistance or information by contacting the developer.

* To remove the App’s locally stored data, you can **uninstall the App** or **clear the App’s storage** via device settings.
