3D Scan Explorer: VR Environments (“the App”) is a single-player virtual reality experience developed and published by Ali Kaan Başhan. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

The App does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII).

No account creation, login, or online tracking occurs within the App.

The App may store basic local data on your headset for functionality (for example: settings, last visited scene, or comfort preferences). This data remains on-device.

How Data Is Used
All data used by the App is processed locally on the user’s headset to provide core features (such as exploring 3D environments and saving local preferences). The App does not transmit personal or gameplay data to external servers.

Third-Party Services / Platform Data
The App itself does not collect personal data. However, the Meta/Oculus platform (and its system services) may process certain device or store-related data (for example: purchase confirmation, entitlement checks, crash reports handled by the platform, or system diagnostics) according to Meta’s own policies and settings.

Data Deletion Requests
Because the App does not collect or store personal data on external servers, no deletion request is required. Local data stored on-device can be removed by uninstalling the App or clearing its local storage via device settings.

Children’s Privacy
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe personal data has been provided to us, please contact the developer.
